Return Policy

Our commitment to your satisfaction

If you wish to return any items of purchase that you have made using our website, we will be happy to offer refunds or exchanges provided the goods are in a fully resalable condition.

Before using the product, please get in touch with our Customer Service Team who will guide you through the process via email at info@ploughandoxen.co.uk and we will get back to you.

The return process of the product can be restricted depending on the nature and category of the product, as outlined in our Cancellation Policy and our Terms and Conditions.

Conditions For Return

  • Please notify us about the damaged goods or defective product, in line with our Terms and Conditions.
  • Products should be returned in their original packaging along with the original price tags, labels and invoices.
  • We will refund you for any non-perishable items that are sent back within 14 days, however, we do not cover the cost of postage & packaging.
  • It is advised that the return packaging should be strongly and adequately packaged so that there is no further damage of goods in transit.
  • We are unable to accept returns for perishable goods which includes frozen items.
  • We are unable to accept returns for any grooming or healthcare products.

Refunds

Any refund due will be processed within 10 working days of us receiving the goods. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

How to Return

  1. Contact us via email at info@ploughandoxen.co.uk with your order details.
  2. Wait for our confirmation email with return instructions.
  3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging.
  4. Send the item back to our returns address.
  5. Keep your proof of postage as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.

Exceptions

Please note the following items cannot be returned:

  • Perishable goods including frozen foods
  • Sealed items that have been opened (for hygiene reasons)
  • Grooming and healthcare products
  • Items that have been used or are not in resalable condition
  • Items returned after the 14-day window
